  • Thinking of shutting down my xanga page. Everyone's gotten sucked into facebook. I'm not on facebook currently. But hey, I can talk on the phone or hangout in person. Thank you to my friends who interact with me even though I'm not on facebook...I appreciate it:)

  • hi everyone! just wanted to say sorry for not keeping in touch too well. i go to the library to use xanga, and i don't have much time to get to the library.

we moved recently! it's a great place kind of in the country. there's a bunch of trees and a creek right beside our house. it's like a small townhouse. praise Jesus that He provided this place for us! kyleigh needs her own bedroom and we're finally enjoying a full night's sleep!!!

kyleigh's latest accomplishments: *she's actually sleeping in about an hour later than usual! AWESOME! *she took her first steps last week and both james and i saw at it the same time! go kyleigh!! *she says "no" to me when she's mad. i try not to laugh, but i have to smile b/c it's so stinkin CUTE. she points her finger at me too, b/c i do it to her. oh man, she's a great baby:)

kyleigh's 2 bottom front teeth came in yesterday!! it's the cutest thing! being a mom is the most exciting thing in the world...second to knowing Jesus. she can say and wave "hi" now...yet another cute thing.

hope y'all had a nice thanksgiving! God bless you!

  • Movies I strongly recommend:

    1) Fireproof (especially if you are married)

    2) Expelled

Did you know that the founder of Planned Parenthood was a radical supporter of eugenics?

  • why did you vote for obama?

i find it interesting that this man got the majority of votes considering he wants to unite christians, muslims, and jews. he wants to bankrupt the coal industry. he wants to create a civil division of the military. and he's for the killing of babies (pro-choice).

i did ask an obama supportor why he was voting for him. his response was, "i want the war to end." sorry, but that's not good enough for me. i'm sure we'd all like to war to end. but one man coming into office isn't going to make the war automatically disappear. so you have any other reasons?? maybe you think he's just the "change we need."

i just want to believe that people cast their vote based on researching the issues, thinking intelligently, and praying about who was the right candidate. it would be a shame for someone to cast a vote based on thinking either candidate just seemed like a nice guy or seemed to know what he's doing or "he seems to have good intentions."
